Jalapenos Locos: Experience Authentic Tex-Mex Delights in San Angelo

If you're ever in San Angelo or passing by.. STOP HERE to eat!! Our friend recommended a few places, and we picked this one. Soooo glad we did. Omg it was absolutely delicious . Our server was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name, but I she has a tat on the right side of her neck. Thank you so much for helping pick our meals with your suggestions for newbies. We are DEFINITELY coming back again and again.

cute, simple place. decorative, comfy. has a bar area and main seating area. not huge, not tiny. feels personal. chips were yummy and they serve the salsa hot. it was a little shocking but enjoyable. salsa had a pleasant bite and was tasty. they had this mangonada margarita drink that was interesting. it was good but probably a lot more carbs than i need, lol. the fajitas were good. not my favorite but good. i did shrimp and beef. they had some other pretty interesting items on the menu i have never seen. i look forward to coming back and trying them in the future.

We aren’t from around here so we asked some locals where the best Mexican food was and they recommended Jalapeño Locos. When in doubt, always ask the locals!! Absolutely delicious!! Great food, great service, excellent prices, so glad we tried it.

This place is a complete vibe. It is rich with culture, authentic music, and really good food. It's not big in size, it's a cozy experience that packs a mighty punch when it comes to food and drinks. The service was top notch and timely. The chips and salsa flow freely. Something a little different from other restaurants is that the salsa is served really warm. I had the cheese enchiladas and the gravy on them was EVERYTHING . I ordered one beef enchilada,as a add on. I have to admit that it didn't quite stand up to the cheese ones. All in all, It is definitely a place you should give a try!

Everything we ate was excellent! I had the Pollos Locos Enchiladas and my sister had the Chinichanga!

Great little hole in the wall. Doesn't look inviting from outside but I'm glad we stopped. Food was great and the service (Tara) was outstanding. Don't pass it up. The manager came around frequently to check on tables. Beer was cold. Margaritas were great.

Great Mexican food with amazing service! The tacos vaqueros were perfect with the sauce and corn. Beans and rice was on point. The guiso was soo delicious and tender. Always one of our favorite places to eat with friend’s and family! Thank you!!
